IDENTITY
Out of much tribulation, I bring forth a people for the glory of My Name. I am shaping you in the furnace of affliction that I may set My seal upon you and display in you My own identity. I desire that you be one with Me in all I have purposed, and as I move in the earth today to redeem the lost and deliver the captives, you are moving with me whenever your soul and spirit are yielded to me as an open channel of prayer in the Spirit.
My heart is grieved when those who profess to be My children neglect their intercessory prayer life. They do despite to the spirit of grace by thus neglecting their responsibility toward others. Can a man love God while ignoring the need of his brother? Truly, I say to you, if you confess your love to Me, I test that profession by the degree of genuine concern you exhibit toward others. :If a man love God, let him love his brother also" states the scripture.
Let your compassion be measured by no lesser standard than the love of Christ for your own soul. Unless your righteousness exceeds that of the hypocrite, you shall not enter in, even as he shall not enter in.

1 Thessalonians 5:18
In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
PRAISE TRANSFORMS!
Rejoice in the Lord always, for as you rejoice and give thanks, you release heaven's treasures and shower upon your head the blessings of a delighted Father. Nothing so thoroughly delights the Father's heart as the praises of His children.
For praise exercises the heart toward gratitude, and gratitude nurtures contentment, and you may know for a certainty that no fruit ever appears on the tree of discontent.
"So praise, My children, and never cease in your praising, for in the midst of it I will manifest Myself and you will understand that when I demand of you your praises, it is for your highest good".
Out of praises come courage, faith, strength, optimism, clarity and peace. Out of praises come health and happiness and the soul satisfaction men seek in the world and do not find.
Praise will transform the humblest dwelling to a hallowed haven. It will light the countenance and make the plainest face beautiful. It is impossible for the man who has learned unceasing praise to be a failure. God's blessing attends his path, and God,s Spirit rules his heart. He is eternally at peace with both God and men.
Morning Prayer
O dear Father, I go forth today accompanied by You, with Your blessings. Let not the strength and freshness of my morning, or good health, or the present prosperity and success of my undertakings, deceive me into a false reliance upon my own strength . All these good gifts have come to me from You. They are Yours to give and Yours to deny. They are not mine to keep; I only hold them in trust; and only in continued dependence upon You, the Giver, can they be worthily enjoyed.
Let me then put back into Your hand all that You have given me, rededicating to Your service all the powers of my mind and body, all my worldly goods, all my influence with other people. All these are Yours, O Father, to use as You will; all these are Yours, O Christ; all theses are Yours, O Holy Spirit. Speak in my words today, think in my thoughts; and work in all my deeds. Seeing that it is Your gracious will to make use even of such weak human instruments in the fulfillment of Your mighty purpose for the world, let my life today be the channel thru which some little portion of Your divine love and pity may reach the lives that are nearest me.
In Your solemn presence, O God, I remember all my friends and neighbors, my fellow cityfolks and specially the poor who pass our street today, beseeching You to give me grace, insofar as it lies in me, to serve them in Your name. O blessed Jesus, Who gave Your life for the redemption of man, giving no thought to ease or pleasure or worldly enrichment, but filling up all Your hours and days with deeds of self-denying love, give me grace today to follow the road You first traveled; and to Your Name be all the glory and the praise, even unto the end. Amen.

Evening Prayer
O Lord, Who are from everlasting to everlasting. I turn my thoughts to You as the hours of darkness and sleep begin. I rejoice to know that all night I shall be under the unsleeping eye of One Who dwells in the eternal light. To Your care, O Father, I commend my body and soul. All day You have watched over me and Your companionship has filled my heart with peace. I know You will be with me thru this night.
Give me a sound and refreshing sleep; give safety from all dangers;
Give me freedom from restless dreams; let me control my thoughts if I'm awake;
Give me wisdom to remember that the night was made for sleeping, and not for harbouring anxious, fretful, or shameful thoughts.
Give me grace, if as I lie abed I think at all, to think upon Thee.
"My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise Thee with joyful lips; when I remember You upon my bed, and meditate on Thee in the night watches."
Ps 63:5,6
I lift to up to Your care also, O Father, my family and friends. Keep them safe body and soul, and be present in their hearts tonight as a Spirit of power and of joy and restfulness. I pray for our government officials, church leaders, teachers, employees and all people in our land, especially the poor, oppressed, unemployed, sick and homeless. They are all dear to You, thru Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Morning Prayer
Eternal Father, let my first thought today be of You. Let my first impulse be to worship You. Let my first speech be Your Name. Let my first action be to kneel before You in prayer.
For Your perfect wisdom and perfect goodness; for Your love for man;
For Your love for me; for the great and mysterious opportunity of my life; For the indwelling of Your Spirit in my heart; for the sevenfold gifts of Your Spirit:
I PRAISE AND WORSHIP YOU LORD!
Yet let me not, when this morning prayer is said, think my worship ended and spend the day forgetting You. Rather from these moments of quietness, let light go forth and joy and power that will remain with me thru all the hours of the day,
keep me chaste in thought; keep me temperate and truthful in speech;
keep me faithful and diligent in my work; keep me humble in my estimation of myself
keep me honourable and generous in my dealings with others;
keep me loyal to every hallowed memory of the past;
keep me mindful of my eternal destiny as a child of Yours.
O God, be my Refuge today in every time and circumstance of need. Be my Guide thru all that is dark and doubtful. Be my Guard against all that threatens my spirit's welfare. Be my Strength in time of testing. Gladden my heart with Your peace; thru Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen
